In
early December, BCTV interviewed Teresa and her BC
based prosthetist Tony van der Waarde.
The interviewer
(Linda Aylesworth) was most interested in why Teresa
had to travel all the way from Ontario to find the
prosthetic solution she needed in British Columbia and
why the province of Ontario refused to pay for the
limb that was eventually made.
The interview
eventually ran on the new CTV News channel and was
seen coast to coast to coast.
